I (Elizabeth) am the lead photographer of Almond Leaf Studios.
I’m an artist who loves to use whatever medium I have at my disposal to capture the beauty I see in the world around me. When I’m not out shooting, making use of my graphic design/photography degree, you can find me soaking up a little sunshine on a beautiful day, playing with my mess of a pup (retriever mix), or maybe even mountain biking or backpacking.
I love a good live indie concert (Iron & Wine, Fleet Foxes, Kings of Convenience), although you’ll also find Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, The Civil Wars, Matt & Kim, MGMT, M83, and Miike Snow playing often on my pandora stations. I’m slightly obsessed with all things rustic and earthy. I’ve been “that girl” since college who will stop and pick up a leaf or plant that’s captured my attention, or whipping out my handy iphone to instragram a rusted texture or weathered piece of wood. I’m a funky blend of the mellow, relaxed, “old soul” and the adventurer who loves experiencing new things and meeting new people.
